CROSS-FIRE Awards and Recognition’s
After the first successful use of what was to become CROSS-FIRE remediation technology its inventor received the annual tongue in cheek award known as the Rube Goldberg Award from the Maine Department of Environmental Protection for the implementation of an innovative clean-up method that also saved a considerable amount of money.
Shortly there-after the technology was patented as the device and process had been successfully demonstrated in public view.
Later this innovative technology led to it being showcased at the Invent Now America Exposition event in Orlando, Florida. CROSS-FIRE was picked to be one of the hundred exhibitors out of more than 2,500 applicants.
While at the Invent Now America Exposition Tom was approached by Popular Mechanics Magazine to do an article about CROSS-FIRE on their Tech page. CROSS-FIRE was later showcased in a New England Environmental Periodical.CROSS-FIRE’s sustainable green remediation technology later was honored to receive a Top 75 Award in the Chicago Innovation Awards.
