CEO and CROSS-FIRE Inventor:
Tom Maleck, who holds college degrees in Applied Science and another in Zoology retired from the Maine Department of Environmental Protection. During his 22 year career as an Oil & Hazardous Materials Specialist, Tom supervised and was personally involved in supervising the clean-up of hundreds of oil spills and their respective site remediation’s. He averaged over 115 spills per year. Spills included marine, surface, and underground spills and the respective contaminated soil. Many of the surface and underground spills included petroleum handling facilities, ranging from large oil terminals, bulk oil storage facilities, roadway and roadside to service stations and convenience stores. Tom’s commitment to cleaning the environment – frequently with minimal financial resources – challenged him resulting in the development of this innovative and revolutionary remediation technology. Currently there are 2 US Patents, and a Canadian Patent application associated with this technology.
CROSS-FIRE Soil Remediation LLC
We are a Veteran Owned small business involved with innovative on-site environmental soil remediation methods that are cost-saving and sole source.
We will work with local qualified excavation contractors as teaming partners or a subcontractor to keep costs down while remediating a contaminated site. This can reduce mobilization costs considerably, saving the client money. The property owner further benefits by not having the “cradle to grave liability” that exists when trucking contaminated soil to a treatment, storage, or disposal facility.
